Samuel lived 84 years!

...."was admitted a freeman Mary 22, 1889-90; served as selectman and in other offices of trust and honor."

Samuel Syimonds was born and baptized in Salem MA. He settled in Boxford, a neighboring town, and married Elizabeth Andrews, daughter of Robert and Grace Andrews, early settlers in Boxford, MA.. The notes say, Simonds was there in 1663 and was admitted a freeman Mary 22, 1889-90; served as selectman and in other offices of trust and honor. His house lot was that just West of the house now or lately of George W. Twitchell, in Boxford. He died August 14, 1722 age 84 YEARS and 7 MONTHS! His wife was 82 when she died.

It is remarkable that he lived 82 1/2years!
